Born from the encounter between two European entrepreneurial families, the German von Brühl family (MICE Portal, 20 years of MICE and technology expertise) and the French Abittan family (Châteauform', 50 years of entrepreneurial leadership), combined with Jean de Villeneuve Bargemont's 15+ years of cross-border intrapreneurship, OneMICE delivers the first comprehensive infrastructure enabling companies to manage all of their corporate event spend with full visibility, compliance and efficiency.
A market on the verge of structuring
The global MICE market is estimated at $946 billion in 2025, with more than half in Europe. Yet the vast majority of companies still lack a structured program and toolset to manage and optimize this spend.

A complete source-to-pay governance platform enabling them to centralize, track, validate and optimize their MICE spend. For MICE partners
The MICE Partner Network (MPN) operates as an open, shared infrastructure connecting supply and demand across Europe. A single integration is enough to be listed and distributed to all corporate buyers and intermediaries in the OneMICE ecosystem. The business model is built on an ethical commission principle. No commission when a framework agreement already exists between the provider and the client.
For intermediaries
Whether independent event consultants or established agencies, OneMICE offers the ability to structure their MICE management through a dedicated agency shop, with their own processes, clients and commissions, while accessing the full MICE Partner Network. If an existing corporate client deploys its own OneMICE platform, the intermediary does not lose them. They continue to serve them and add value by processing requests directly through the platform.
MICE Core. AI at the heart of the process
At the core of OneMICE sits MICE Core, the AI hub built over two years by the MICE Portal engineering team. MICE Core orchestrates the full end-to-end workflow — from initial request to supplier selection, from booking to automated invoicing.
Unlike AI solutions that sit outside the procurement process, MICE Core operates inside it. Every action the AI takes follows the client's own governance rules (approval workflows, budget controls, audit trail).
Available in French, English and German, its six modules enable users to interact with OneMICE directly from Claude, ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot.

The MICE Partner Network (MPN) aims to become the reference network for MICE suppliers in Europe.

Châteauform's 80 venues join the MPN
OneMICE also formalizes a partnership with the Châteauform' group. All Châteauform' venues (over 80 sites across Europe) will be listed on the MICE Partner Network and available through the OneMICE platform, ensuring continuity, seamless integration and transparency within their shared business relationships.
